Or, Grenache Blanc as it’s more commonly known is widely planted in northern Spain and southern France, and there’s a hidden block in northeast Lincoln. We fermented this Rhone varietal on-skins like a red wine, which results in a slightly orange hue, intriguing stone fruit texture, and ability to age well for a white wine. Aromas of honeydew, passion fruit, and subtle floral notes of honeysuckle, with flavors of juicy ripe pear and a hint of salinity. Pairs nicely with Snapper in a Lemon-Cream Sauce!
